Privacy
Your coursework is personal. Wenzify is designed to collect as little as possible and to keep what you upload private to you.

Private coursework storage
Documents and text you submit are stored in a private storage area scoped to your account. Files are organised under your user identity and are never placed behind public links.
Authenticated access only
Access to your submissions and analyses requires you to be signed in. Ownership is verified on every request, so one student can never read another student's work, uploads or feedback.
AI processing
To generate feedback, the text of your submission and the relevant assessment criteria are sent to an AI provider from our servers. This processing exists solely to produce your feedback. We do not sell your coursework, and we do not publish it.
What we collect
- Account details you provide, such as your name and email
- The coursework text and files you choose to submit
- The analyses generated from your submissions
- Basic, non-identifying usage events to improve the product
We do not attach your coursework text, teacher comments or personal academic details to analytics events.
Deletion controls
You remain in control of your data. From your settings you can delete individual submissions and their analyses, clear your history, or delete your account entirely. Destructive actions ask you to confirm first.
No public profiles
Wenzify has no social features and no public profiles. Your presence on the platform is not discoverable by other users.
A note on third parties
We only make claims about third-party data handling that reflect our actual provider configuration. Where AI processing is involved, it is governed by the terms of the provider we use at the time of processing.
